Manufacturer Warranty & Claim Information

All products on this website are supplied with manufacturers warranty and are strictly subject to the terms & conditions of those specific manufacturer warranties. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are complying with the terms & conditions of those warranties to ensure that they are valid. If you are unsure what is needed to ensure that any warranties are to be valid once works are completed, please contact us before commencing any works. Our technical team will assist you in ensuring that you are compliant with any manufacturer requirements. It must be made clear, if you have already commenced works before starting the warranty application process for your project then it may not be possible to obtain a valid manufacturer warranty certificate once works are complete.

Our team will be happy to assist you with any manufacturer warranty claim. If you are claiming under the terms of an external render system warranty you will need to be able provide your manufacturer project completion sign off confirmation and warranty certificate. If that information is not available you will need to provide:

1. Details of the manufacturer of the render system.
   
   
2. Your manufacturer approved applicator number. (If available.)
   
   
3. The manufacturer provided project reference along with application and material specification document provided by the manufacturer before work commenced.
   
   
4. Supplier purchase invoice(s) showing all products purchased for the project.
   
   
5. Evidence that correct application procedure has been followed. (Manufacturers will usually request you take pictures of each stage of application when providing you with the specification and application instructions for your project before work has started.)
   
   If this information cannot be provided then manufacturers warranties will not be valid under any circumstances. Rendit cannot be held liable for manufacturer warranties not being valid if correct manufacturer application procedure and material specification has not been followed.
